We are also not responsible for any content that may be lost or deleted due to customer error.

4. Refunds and Compensation
   We do not offer refunds for personalized video greetings that have already been delivered. Additionally, we do not compensate for any errors or issues that may arise during the creation or delivery process, including but not limited to incorrect pronunciation or incorrect dance moves by the performers. We also do not compensate for any discrepancies in the length of the video, as this can vary based on the content and creative direction.
