4. If you have any special requests (e.g., Extra kisses on photo), mention them in the "Text on Poster" field.

5. We'll email you the video within 1-3 days. Please check your spam folder, too.

No! We create videos for various occasions such as graduations, promotions, and Mother's Day.

Our delivery time is typically 1-3 days. If we receive a high volume of orders, there may be some delay. We can only process a limited number of orders per day, so we kindly ask for your patience. If your order is delayed, please wait a few days before reaching out to us.

We will prioritize your order and aim to complete it within 30 hours. However, please understand that we create videos one by one and ask for your patience. Also note that the day you placed your order does not count as day one.

Our videos are usually 35-60 seconds.

We won't share your videos without your permission. To allow us to post your video on TikTok, you need to click on the "Permission to post on Social media" option.
