To request a refund for a greeting video:

To request a refund for a physical product:
Please contact our support team within 24 hours after your purchase, providing your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the refund process.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our support team. Refunds may be denied if the product has been extensively used, or if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

In the event of a refund, the digital product will be removed from your account and you will no longer have access to it.

We also want to highlight that some of our digital products may be non-refundable due to their nature. However, if there is an issue with the product, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
