1. Pick a Dance Team and your Favorite Photo(s) to print, feel free to choose as many as you like!

2. Write a short message (1-3 sentences) that will be featured on the poster & the dancers will announce it in the video.

3. Pick your favorite song for the video (you can even give us a starting point, like “Baby Song at 0:15”).

4. Choose your delivery time. We will email your video in 1-3 days, check your spam folder just in case!

Pro Tip: Order 2-3 days before your event for standard delivery, or go for the 1-day delivery if you’re in a rush!

Our delivery time is typically 1-3 days. If we receive a high volume of orders, there may be some delay. We can only process a limited number of orders per day, so we kindly ask for your patience. If your order is delayed, please wait a few days before reaching out to us.

What if I ordered with 1-day Delivery?

We will prioritize your order and aim to deliver your video within 30 hours. Please note that we create each video individually, so we kindly ask for your patience during this process. Also, the day you place your order does not count as day one.

If you haven’t received your video within 30 hours, you’re entitled to a refund for the 1-day delivery fee—or, if you prefer, a full refund of your order. However, if you choose to cancel the 1-day delivery, your order will no longer be prioritized and will be processed in the standard queue along with other orders.
