At WishesMadeVisual, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are personalized digital greeting videos created specifically for each order, special refund conditions apply.
Before Production Starts
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be eligible for a full refund if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible due to the personalized nature of the service.
After Delivery
Because each video is custom-made according to your instructions, completed and delivered videos are generally non-refundable.
However, if your video contains an error caused by us, does not match the information provided in your order, or has a technical issue that prevents normal viewing, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include correcting and re-delivering the video or providing a refund where appropriate.
Express Orders
For priority and express orders, production often begins shortly after purchase. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible and may not be possible once production has started.
Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases involving fraud, abuse of our services, chargeback misuse, or other suspicious activity.
