Q: What if I selected Express Delivery?
A: We will prioritize your order and aim to deliver your video within 30 hours. Please note that we create each video individually, so we kindly ask for your patience during this process. Also, the day you place your order does not count as day one.
If you haven’t received your video within 30 hours, you’re entitled to a refund for the 1-day delivery fee—or, if you prefer, a full refund of your order. However, if you choose to cancel the 1-day delivery, your order will no longer be prioritized and will be processed in the standard queue along with other orders.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days. However, during peak order periods, delivery may be delayed by a few days. We can only handle a certain number of orders per day, so please give us a little extra time to fulfill your request. If you have any concerns, please wait a few days before reaching out to us.

A: Please check your email, including your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your video, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it.
Q: How will I receive my video?
A: Your video will be delivered to you on email.
Q: What happens if I lose my video?
A: Don’t worry! We keep your video safely stored for up to one year after recording. Just reach out to us, and we’ll happily resend it to you!
